CELL-DYN Systems Controls, Calibrators, and Reagents
Newly designed and reformulated calibrator and control products are now available!
Our clamshell design contains plastic tubes with color-coded caps making identification of the various levels easier to recognize. A full pack kit contains 12 tubes with 4 of each level (4 low, 4 normal, and 4 high control tubes). The half pack kit contains 6 tubes with 2 of each level of control. An assay disk is automatically included in each kit eliminating the need to place an extra order! Also, the new single-walled tubes have increased headspace to facilitate mixing.
CELL-DYN hematology controls are assayed at 3 levels (low, normal, and high) to meet your laboratory’s quality control needs. Abbott offers global inter-laboratory quality control peer group monitoring with reports sent directly to your email address.
CELL-DYN 18 Plus Control is a three-part differential control assayed for the CELL-DYN® 1200, 1700, 1800, and Emerald platforms. CELL-DYN 18 Plus Control has 110-day closed-vial stability and 8-day open-vial stability. CELL-DYN 18 Plus control comes packaged with an assay disk.
CELL-DYN 18 Plus Control is manufactured from human red blood cells, a platelet component and three white blood cell populations. CELL-DYN 18 Plus Control has varying assay values for the low abnormal, normal and high abnormal levels.

CELL-DYN 18 Plus Calibrator is assayed for the CELL-DYN® 1200, 1700, 1800, and Emerald platforms. CELL-DYN 18 Plus Calibrator has 45-day closed-vial stability and 5-day open-vial stability. CELL-DYN 18 Plus Calibrator serves an excellent alternative to whole blood calibration.

CELL-DYN 26 Plus Control is a whole blood control for 3-part and 5-part differential analyzers. CELL-DYN 26 Plus Control is assayed for CELL-DYN® 1700, 1800 3000, 3200, 3500, 3700 and Ruby platforms. CELL-DYN 26 Plus Control has 75-day closed vial stability and 8-day open vial stability. CELL-DYN 26 Plus control is packaged with an assay disk and bar-coded vial labels for use on the CELL-DYN Ruby.
