- Describe briefly the current methods for induction and maintenance therapy for kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplant recipients.
- Describe the methods used to monitor patients for both rejection and side effects.
- Describe the current laboratory methods used for TDM and the strengths and weaknesses of each analytical method.
- Explain the differences between AUC and trough monitoring of patients and when AUC measurements are necessary.
- Recognize IS therapy side effects and how to minimize these effects to improve long term graft survival and quality of life.
